China's only intervention program for visually impaired orphans provides housing, care and education for blind orphans and equips them with job skills for independent living in Chinese society.  Currently, there is a long backlog of blind orphans who are seeking to enter this facility since there are no other intervention programs available for them in China.  The capital campaign was focused on raising funds for a crucial facility expansion in order to allow the organization to double its existing enrollment. 

SVG has written a comprehensive due diligence report on the organization and the project scope and will provide ongoing program evaluation reports for all donors.  All donations made to this project are tax deductible in the United States.
